Return and Refund policy

Replacement & Return policy

We have a 5-days Replacement / return policy based on select brands (Please read the description carefully to know if your order is eligible for Replacement & return), which means for selective brands you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return or replacement. Once the return product is received it will be inspected and the return or replacement will be approved within 2 days and the replacement product will be delivered in 4-5 business days. 

What should you do? Contact us within 5 days since you get your items and provide us necessary informations:

• Your order/invoice ID.
• Your order courier shipment unboxing video. If In case you get wrong item/ damaged item. This will be a valid evidence to claim your refund. Also send us a picture of the item you received.

Refund

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@coimbatorecart.com

Cancellation

We only accept order cancellation within 30 minutes since you ordered.
